Having grown up in extreme poverty in a single parent household, my life reflects what it means to succeed despite systemic barriers meant to serve as obstacles to growth and development. Using my penchant for engagement and experience in creating buy-in to navigate "mind-fields" in adult learners,  Engagement Matters was created as a boutique consulting firm.  

My goal is to help you re-imagine the quality and outcome of engagement.  With extensive experience coaching adults for growth and development for 17+ years and a noteworthy history of success in building resilience for self-reflection and fortitude in high poverty school settings, my individualized approach will help you attain your goals whether personal or professional. 

As a 22 year career educator with 17 years as an experienced and credentialed instructional leader, adult learning coach, and growth strategist, the tools and understanding necessary to help you create identified goals and develop an attainable action plan for growth and development are my niche and tailored to and aligned with your vision, mission, and goals.  

Engagement is a process that allows for self-discovery and realignment of intentions regarding desired outcomes.  When you understand that YOU are the vibe, your actions become aligned with your words.
